SHIPPING: Orders received before 3:00 pm EST Mon-Thurs., 11:00 am on Fridays, are shipped out that day via UPS or FedEx, subject to credit verification & product availability. We only ship within the continental United States & Canada. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands via overnight or second day service only. Sorry, we can not accept orders to be shipped to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
Digital Distributors is a USA based site; all shipping charges listed are for US only. Shipments to Canada are approximately $10.00 above listed shipping price.
NY customers please note, NY sales tax is automatically applied at the NYC rate, we will adjust this to your local rate at fulfillment time.
We only ship to credit card billing address. If you require shipment to a different address, please call your issuing bank (the 800# listed on back of your card) to authorize alternate ship to address.
Shipping cost is determent on total value of your order. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavier boxes (eg. computers, printers & monitors) or orders with multiple boxes. We will contact you with the exact cost before shipping.

Please Note: Refusal of shipments will incur additional return shipping charges due to UPS policies.

RETURN POLICY: Defective merchandise only may be returned directly to Digital Distributors, Inc. within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for replacement and/or repair at our discretion with identical model or replacement. After 7 days, please contact manufacturer for repair or replacement. Returns are accepted with following conditions only: please call us to obtain a prior authorization (we will not accept returns without prior authorazation) items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories as supplied by manufacturer in original condition with a blank warranty card. Unit must be packed in outer box. Do not put shipping labels on original manufacturer box. Shipment to Digital Distributors, Inc. is at customers expense. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. We'll need the following information to authorize your return:

  • Customer name
  • Copy of Invoice
  • Nature of the problem
On the following items we do not take returns (Except in the case of DOA’s, DOA’s are accepted within 30 Days if all the items are returned in the box). You must deal directly with the manufacturer. Mp3 players, Watches (including digital camera watches,) stereos, TV's, Computers, Printers, PDA's and notebooks.
We do not accept returns on batteries, film, disposable cameras, paper and toners.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: No liability is assumed by Digital Distributors, Inc. for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of equipment supplied by this company. In no event will Digital Distributors, Inc be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, profits or data arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of products purchased through Digital Distributors, Inc.

WARRANTIES: Digital Distributors, Inc. makes no warranties with respect to the equipment or software. All warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose, except as may be offered by the manufacturer, are specifically excluded.
